UPDATE: Kobi has been found safe and well, Dyfed-Powys Police have confirmed.
Dyfed-Powys Police are appealing for help to find a missing person believed to be in the Carmarthen area. The police force said that Kobi was last seen wearing a grey hoodie, grey joggers and grey trainers.
He is described as around 6ft tall, of medium build, with brown hair. Dyfed-Powys Police said that they believe he is in the Carmarthenshire town.
In a statement shared on their Facebook page, the police said: "Have you seen Kobi? We believe he is in the Carmarthen area. Kobi is around 6ft tall, of medium build, with brown hair. He was last seen wearing a grey hoodie, grey joggers, and grey trainers.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts or could help the police during their search are asked to get in contact with them either via directing messaging on social media, their website, their email: 101@dyfed-powys.police.uk or by calling their non-emergency contact number 101, by quote referencing DP-20240328-074.
