Strictly Come Dancing star Janette Manrara took to social media to issue a warning to her followers after she revealed she was undergoing treatment. The It Takes Two presenter’s latest update comes months after she and husband Aljaž Škorjanec welcomed their daughter Lyra.
Janette told fans she was undergoing her second microneedling session in a bid to rejuvenate her skin. She said: "Had my second session of micro-needling today w/ @theaestheticsdoctor. We've been working together to help with my pigmentation from years of not being careful in the sun in Miami! (Side note: WEAR SUNSCREEN!)
"I didn't have anyone to look after Lyra so she came along. Luckily she behaved so, so well. Such a proud mummy! We went a little deeper this time w/ the needles, but it was not too painful at all. Now we wait for the skin to naturally rejuvenate over the next few days. I love #DrAhmed because he understands that I want to work on my skin, but as naturally as possible. I'm not afraid of aging, but if I can give myself a little boost and help, why not?"

After sharing the update Janette’s followers rushed to her support. One person said: "You are beautiful. Don't do crazy things to your skin when you are perfect already!" A second commented: "I swear by micro needling. Love it.”
Earlier this week Janette revealed she was struggling to get up for work on BBC show Morning Live as her daughter wasn't sleeping. Taking to Instagram Stories, she tearfully admitted: "The eight month sleep regression has been a very real thing for the last couple of days.” Janette then tried to joke about the situation as she continued: "Luckily the team at Morning Live are amazing and they always have a delicious coffee there. "If I start falling asleep on the pink chair [though], you know why!" You can keep up to date with the latest TV and showbiz news by signing up to the newsletter here.
